MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

Holiday Session is $225 for the first set of 25 minutes. Second set add-on is $100 for an additional 25 minutes. Third and Fourth Set is $75 each for an additional 25 minutes. Time slots allow 10 minutes to change clothing.  

Initial deposit of $100 required and remaining amount due the day of your appointment. All balance paid the day of session.

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 25 minutes of shooting time. This contract constitutes the agreement between photographer/CEO of VIRGE SIMONE IMAGES LLC and the client for portrait photography services. Photographer will edit and present to the client only those photographs that, in photographer's sole judgment, best represent photographer's work.
PAYMENTS: Client agrees to pay photographer non-refundable, non-transferable retainer to retain session date in addition to balance prior to commencement of photo session plus applicable sales tax. Absolutely NO food allowed inside space, please complete your meal prior to entering. We make exceptions for parents with small children but please be mindful we have the discretion to ask you to leave the studio if food droppings are not cleaned or picked up.

CAMERA/VIDEO RECORDING: Absolutely no photos or video recording during sessions. No additional guests who are not being photographed allowed in studio unless you are the parent of a minor. No children allowed inside studio unless they are being serviced or parents are with the children at all times. We do not allow anyone to wonder about the space due to expensive equipment and liability purposes.  

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions have a non-refundable retainer, but sessions are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated). One change is allowed with full payment, if session is not paid in full client have the option to make full payment to make date/time change or lose retainer. A session must be paid in full, if client wish to reschedule from original date. Should weather be the reason to reschedule no fee will be applied for one reschedule date for OUTDOOR sessions only. Once a session is paid in full there are no refunds only reschedules.

LIABILITY LIMITS: Although Photographer shall take due care to perform photography services pursuant to this Agreement, Photographer's liability for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver photographs (including for acts of God, terrorism, accident, illness, equipment failure, or any incident of unpredictable misfortune) shall be limited to Payments made pursuant to this Agreement. By paying this invoice the said party client and Photographer is in total agreement with the terms of the contract.

PRODUCTS: All images will be delivered via web gallery (online for 30 days only). Prints are SOLD SEPARATELY unless prior agreement is established within a package. All images will be delivered 7 business days after the completion of the Photography session OR 7 business days from the date of photo proof selection.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: No refunds on no shows of last minute cancellations.  Late arrivals after 10 minutes is subjected to cancellation of their scheduled session. Even if you call and say you will be late, any arrival after 10 minutes is deemed chargeable. Client should arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for their session due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. 

COPYRIGHT: Please arrive on time and dressed. If you need to change clothes in our dressing room, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled shoot to change clothes. Session will commence immediately once client is ready. All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Virge Simone Images LLC.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)

SOCIAL MEDIA: Images may be displayed via social media for advertising purposes unless written agreement is issued BEFORE services rendered. All photos will be sent via proofs, yet some images may be swapped for better image quality. Once final images have been sent out you must download them within 30 days. The photographer will not be held responsible after 30 days. A reupload fee of $75 will be charged if we have to reissue digital images for 7 days.

GUESTS: No extra guest is permitted within the studio unless they are taking photos. No children is permitted unless they are taking photos (no exceptions). No behind the scene images are permitted via mobile phone or camera. NO CAMERAS are allowed in studio beyond the sitting area. Payment of this invoice means that you and the photographer is in full agreement. Any violations outside of policy may result and the end of your session and no refund. Emails or direct communication are the only and main lines of communication for any major concerns.
